You could check the Global Settings in Lutris to make sure it’s set to the correct GPU:

1. When open, click the ☰ button and select Preferences
2. In the side menu, click Global options
3. Here you’ll see a Display section with a GPU dropdown
4. Make sure that’s set to the correct GPU

The GPU can also be set on a per-game basis, so if you’re seeing the wrong GPU used in some games you can check the settings/preferences for the specific game in Lutris:

1. Right-click on the game image and select Configure
2. Click the System Options tab
3. You’ll see the same Display > GPU dropdown where you can set the GPU that should be used by that game
