I am not even so much concerned about Google / YT getting my IP (by using a VPN), but I would only watch it though an alternative ad-blocking frontend (like Invidious, Piped, FreeTube) and not the standard YT website or app.

None of my previously used alternative apps / frontends seems to be working anymore (at least that’s my recent experience). Not sure what the difference to (Android) apps, that apparently still work (NewPipe, PipePipe) actually is, but it seems that these apps are the only remaining alternative frontends.

I have no Android, so sadly I cannot test / use this setup.

Is this even possible? My impression is that nowadays Google, whenever they have the impression that a connection to YouTube may been proxied, require a sign-in to prove that "“you are no bot” (I wonder which bots are watching YT videos), but in fact to avoid access via VPN or proxying via Invidious or Piped.

That’s the reason why YouTube is essentially dead for me now.

Es kann nicht sein, dass eine Gewerkschaft / Berufsgruppe die kritische Infrastruktur eines ganzen Landes lahmlegen kann, um höhere Gehälter zu fordern. Ich würde hier dem Vertreter des Deutschen Flughafenverbands zustimmen, dass Streikmaßnahmen gegen kritische Infrastruktur zwingend eine Schlichtung vorangehen soll.

So war das ein eher symbolischer „Warnstreik“, da es soweit ich weiß, noch nicht einmal ein belastbares Verhandlungsangebot von der Arbeitgeberseite vorliegt, der aber fast den Flugverkehr in Deutschland zum erliegen gebracht hat.

Ich bin absolut bei Dir. Ich bin auch extrem froh, dass die ihren Streik nicht vier Wochen früher gemacht hatten, da wäre nämlich mein Asien-Urlaub teilweise ins Wasser gefallen. Vermutlich wäre dann nicht der komplette Urlaub futsch, weil man bspw. 1-2 Tage später fliegen könnte, aber es wäre schon ein Riesen-Problem, so eine komplett geplante Reise umzuplanen. Wenn es eine pauschal geplante Reise ist, hat man evtl. etwas bessere Karten als wenn man sich alles selbst zusammen stellt.

Mistral is the first ChatBot I started using since I did not trust the others from day one. Le Chat is pretty good IMHO for AI starters, although I do not have any comparison with other Bots (I don’t even know what „canvas generation“ means LOL).

The only downside is, that it’s currently only freely usable on an iPhone. There is a Mac App (Meow), but you will need a paid API Key to use it. If anyone knows a method how to use this free of change on a Mac, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
