In addition to all the features you can find in the Passwords menu today, there’s a new column on the left that lets you more easily navigate your password collection.
Unfortunately, it seems rather useless if you have any interest in using a non-apple device. Even if I use several of their devices, it’s far too limiting to not have access to my passwords if I’m not using one currently.

It does appear to be available for Windows, though there’s no mention of Android.
