    How? I can’t see any argument at all for how this would qualify for the death penalty. This is like the prime case of when it’s not needed

        Why threat does she pose while in jail? She isn’t a mafia leader who can still be dangerous. That’s why this is key example of when not to kill someone

          She’s a living example that someone else can do something like that and not be put to death.
