While Rep. Matt Gaetz's amendment was voted down by a wide bipartisan margin, it offered greater clarity around GOP support for Ukraine aid.

The facts don’t align with your hyperbole. Also, while that’s a lot of zeros, it’s about 1% of America’s expenditures in 2022.
