I would prefer there is a bar to type in.
Currently, my method is:
- go to search
- type in the community name
- click search
- then click community tab
- click the community you want.
The problem is it not navigate to correct community if the community happens to be on multiple instances.
For example, I want to navigate to !reddit@lemmy.world
But top results in community search navigate me to !reddit@lemmy.ml
I’m not sure why liftoff does search like this. When I search with other apps I can see communities that are on or federated to the instances I am logged into AND communities that are visible without being logged in on (what seems) like any instance.
