200,000 users abandon Netflix after crackdown backfires::Aussies have spoken, and the results are not looking good for Netflix. A new report reveals why users are turning to streaming competitors.
Can you share how they got around it? My dad shares my account and he just said it told him he couldn’t watch any more. I couldn’t get him to tell me what the screen said exactly so I could help.
Honestly I can’t remember - but there are two options, one is “im traveling” and you have to click a link that’s emailed to you (I believe I did this on most devices) and the other option is to make that network your home network. I believe making it your home network doesn’t remove ither home networks, because each device only got promoted once and never again, and I’m happy with that.
Helps that I also have the emails from Netflix forward to everyone I share with so I don’t have to always be the one to click the link.
