Are you located in the EU or in California? If so you are covered by super strong privacy laws that can help with this.

Oh great, then yeah for FB and Insta you can just exercise your right to deletion under GDPR. You should be able to find out how to do that in the privacy policies of each app.
For Discord I’m not exactly sure as I’ve never done it before, but looks like folks have written scripts to delete your post history. An example I found is this one https://github.com/victornpb/undiscord but like I said I’ve never used it myself.
