Hi everyone, I’ve been trying the new app for the TCG and so far it’s been quite a nice experience. Obviously the predatory mechanisms that were obvious to be present are quite hard to ignore, and the slight dumbing down of an (already way too) easy battle system surely makes challenges a bit more frustrating in that they get quite simple to read. However, the UX Is slick as hell and the way packets are opened really makes you feel all of that sweet dopamine hit you get from the real thing. Have you had any way to try It as well? What do you think about It?

I find it perfect for my situation, I love pokemon and I am very nostalgic for the 1st gen. Also love tcg in general but they are a hobby I can’t afford at the moment, so to open a “pack” every day just for the fun of collecting cards and doing some casual 10mins match, is perfect for me :)

I like how simple the game is. I wish we get more packs soon so we can get more decks to play. I like to card collecting stuff but the went all in on it. I wish opening card packs was faster. They keep showing the cards I just opened and where they are going in my collection. Overall I like the game and I’m going to keep playing for now

Polished UI doesn’t matter when the gameplay is boring and the shop sucks.

wish there was an option to simplify the decoration animations for stuff like opening packs.

Also the base set being 80% gen 1 is bedge af bruh. TPCI other gens exist dawg
