    I can’t sorry. It is the headrest part of the couch. On the left the couch ends and on the right it slopes down to where you sit.

      The guy probably uses more energy holding himself in that position than it gains by sleeping and eating.

        Somehow he is completely relaxed. I don’t understand it either. It must be cat physics.
