Pretty sure Bilbobus only services as far as the Lonely Mountain after that you need a connecting flight on…
and even that’s only when it gets hijacked by a gang of bearded, muttering types… normal Eastbound service ends at the sign of the Prancing Pony… because that’s the last place to get good ale reliably…
This question again?? Because they knew that the Bilbobus was susceptible to the ring’s corrupting influence and it would have taken the ring for itself. It’s like no one has even read the books.
Mostly the bus is late. Sometimes, it is early. One thing’s for sure: you’ll never arrive precisely when you mean to.
I remember in the 70s the London bus schedules had a disclaimer on them that said something like “just because we publish this schedule doesn’t mean that the buses will follow it, or that they will run at all.”
We got proof of that when the bus driver of the last bus of the night decided that his shift was over and kicked everyone off the bus and went home half way through the route, leaving us stranded miles from our destination.
They’re taking the bus to Isengard.
Because they weren’t going to clear customs at Minas Morgul!
(One does not simply walk into Mordor, one must first declare any taxable goods)
I think we’ve been on this bus quite long enough!

Because they would have been easily taken down by Saurtillery.
