Writing had always been my go to medium but more visual mediums have become appealimg to me recently.

    Playing an instrument. Not on stage for others but at home all by myself just for myself. :)

      Same here, also piano! I improvise a lot, just for fun. I don’t hear this as often from people playing other instruments. Great outlet

        Piano as well. I don’t write my own music, but love to play with the old ones like playing really fast or slow or loud or … sadly I am not of good in improvising on the piano but with singing its fine.

      Piano + flute here. I prefer the flute for self-expression, because breathing into the instrument makes it feel more in tune with my body.
