I would bet dollars to doughnuts that they have communication between Trump and the Proud Boys and/or other far right groups coordinating the attacks. Jack Smith has a 99% conviction rate, and he is not going to recommend indictment without some pretty iron-clad evidence. Just because the evidence hasn’t been made public yet doesn’t mean that the prosecution doesn’t have it.

No doubt there is much evidence yet to be revealed, just more icing on the cake. Doesn’t really matter though, we all saw it live on TV, and nothing will happen to Donald that’s for sure, maybe some light questioning. Anyone waiting for him to be arrested or behind bars or even held accountable is fooling themselves. His natural death is the only way the world can rid itself of his poison. Even then, it will linger on like a sickness and take some time to heal.

Unless they do then Jack Smiths 99% conviction rate is taking a hit. The “evidence” that people in here are saying proves he incited an insurrection absolutely does nothing of the sort.

Dude, I hope you don’t think that Jack Smith is going to recommend an indictment based on a few things that Trump said at the rally. This guy is a former war crimes prosecutor, he’s not going to issue an indictment unless he’s got the goods. Just because we don’t know what that evidence is, doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have Trump (and I hope some others) dead to rights.

            You’re…agreeing with me.

I’m saying that based on what anyone here has seen, Trump isn’t being found guilty of inciting an insurrection. I just said “unless they do” then his conviction rate is taking a hit. If he does then great, good on him, I hope it’s better than the “evidence” that people have been using in this thread.

It’s really bizarre how people in here are so delusional that they think someone saying “we need to fight back!” is enough legal evidence to get someone put in jail for “inciting an insurrection”, despite also saying to be peaceful and to respect and cooperate with all law enforcement lol.

Well of course nothing will come of it. But that is inciting an insurrection, open and shut. Too bad true justice doesn’t exist.

It’s kinda hilarious that the one Trump supporter and Trump-supporting legal expert in this conversation is on an Australian server.

I’m not a trump supporter in any way. The guy’s an absolute idiot. If I was american I wouldn’t vote for him in a million years. He can go to jail for all I care, it doesn’t affect me in any way. After some of his comments he most likely has done many things that should have put him there.

The evidence people have pointed out in this topic are not enough to put him in jail though. Anyone that thinks it is has rocks in their head.
