Why are batteries in phones always measured in mAh instead of Wh like for example notebooks?

Batteries often have a rating like 3250mAh, which is arguably clearer than 3.25Ah, especially on a datasheet.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
