    Reddit is still better, than Lemmy. Reddit has content and community and Lemmy has just an idea.

      Lemmy is strong enough that Reddit trolls have to come and try to lure us back to Reddit by badmouthing the competition.

      Seems like Lemmy is doing pretty well to me. 😉

        I tried and its not worth it. Out of 4 replys 2 are toxic nonsense, 1 about blocking me, yours is about idea, Im talking about. The idea of federating is also weird, when instances tell you what you can read and what you can not (defederating with other instances), I want to decide myself what I want to read.

          I’ve not experienced any toxicity on lemmy myself, but maybe we hang in different communities.

          WRT censorship. If you can’t find an instance that works for you, you can start your own.

          It’s not perfect, but it is resilient to the kind of nonsense reddit is pulling right now.
