    Seems like every single one of the presenters is a women or has female pronouns. Seeing as males are three times more as likely to be diagnosed I find this curious.

      I don’t want to stereotype others, so I am going to stereotype myself. Ignoring my issues or thinking that I can just “power through” them without help is kind of a curse for our gender. While I do try to give and take support where applicable, the primal instinct of being a “macho man” is still in the back of my mind. More often than not, women tend to be a bit more supportive and caring about mental help.

      Ok, that is probably more of a generalization rather than a stereotype, but I think you might understand what I mean.
