I noticed many things that left a bad taste in my mouth.

  • Spreading unfounded rumours (Reporter)
  • Showing disturbing graphic video and audio without any blurring, the audio was more disturbing (Manorama)
  • Poor choice of music and sensationalist reporting (Mathrubhumi)

This is probably not a complete list, but overall they acted in a way that created mass hysteria.

Another funny thing is that in his video, the terrorist asked the media not to reveal how he made the bomb. Today, news channels reported exactly that 🤡 🤡 🤡

Also, this idiot’s actions and motives are the literal definition of a terrorist, but I haven’t found any media calling him a terrorist.

News18 first showed the picture of a Muslim man as culprit ( before getting his name & details )

And if u follow twitter, Even Sachin Tendulkar and PV sindhu suddenly got “shocked” by the incident.

Not saying that all our medias are working with an agenda ( many of above channels just want their viewership rise, no matter how ), but there has been efforts to communalize the narrative too.
