    That’s one of the issues with these business models, it’s hard to give a consumer something and then take it away later to turn a profit (enshittification).

        I think we just let them die, they’re killing themselves already, and many that used this strategy still haven’t even turned a profit.

        In the cases of companies monopolizing, yes action should be taken against them, primarily of splitting the companies up, in which case unprofitable ventures won’t be bankrolled by the rest of the company.
