I’ve had mild success with this but I was doing it very improperly without medical supervision, was definitely a trip that scared the shit out of me. Oddly enough though I’ve felt a lot better about an extreme case of nihilism that was definitely negatively impacting my well being. Definitely something interesting and worth more research.
