I am thrilled to see an example of regulators actually putting work into blocking monopolistic mergers. Hopefully this is the beginning of many.
The CMA in the UK thankfully is independent of parliament, and therefore has a fighting chance of actually being competent.

If I read it right, Adobe is going to pay Figma a billion dollars since the deal didn’t go through. Good for Figma?
