Helicopters heading to Air Tindi flight ‘at first light’

Three helicopters will head to a downed Air Tindi Twin Otter “at first light” on Thursday to retrieve people stranded overnight on the tundra, the airline says.

    I’ve personally flown on these planes dozens of times with Air Tindi. Flying in the arctic is hard, but also awesome. Glad everyone is okay(ish).
