Day is almost over here. We had a pretty lazy day sleeping in. I went on a coffee run so my wife could have coffee in bed, we walked the dog and then been chilling. I’m playing some Stalker 2 which is pretty fun.

Not sure if this is in the spirit of the question or not but I saw Robert Downey Jr in real life, it was behind a barrier though, I think he was going to an opening of one of his movies. I was walking down the street and looked over because I saw a bunch of people standing behind the barrier and I was like “oh wow that’s Robert Downey Jr” and kept going.
You would have the plaintext password at login time based on the users input. I’m guessing that’s why it happens at login time rather than proactively asking people to update their passwords.
Plus most drop downs allow you to type anyway from memory.
