Is there a good alternative to this? Using one app for Blue sky, mastodon, and even Lemmy sounds cool
Sorry if this comes across pedantic, but in case anybody isn’t aware there are some games that offer Achievements (Alan Wake 2 is one I know).
I do agree though, Epic just doesn’t have the features Steam does. I don’t think their barrage of free games idea is a bad one, but it feels like an afterthought when it’s just not as fun to play them there. (Better Linux support would be nice too, at least there’s Heroic.)
I love bumblebees, great little guys. Pretty flowers too!
As I understand it, Control 2 will be self-published by Remedy and is just being co-financed by Annapurna in exchange for film and tv rights

Didn’t realize how big it was in India, 16.21%!
I felt the same way, enjoyed the narrative of the first but the action felt like a bit of a chore after a while. The second one is a lot more fun from a gameplay perspective, in my opinion. Just be warned that it is pretty demanding for the steam deck
I’m using Manjaro as well with an Nvidia card and also had the black screen issue when switching to Wayland. I believe this is what fixed it for me: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2156732#p2156732
not Foss, Google app warning, don’t shoot me
Google has an app called Reading Mode that you can trigger by holding both volume buttons. Works anywhere and has dictation, but the output isn’t as good as the Firefox one in my experience.
Personally, I just use it in a web browser for ad-hoc file uploads. If you’re looking for regular syncing though, supposedly rclone works. https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/providers/#usernamepassword-setup
I actually hadn’t noticed it’s not there for mobile, but there’s search in the desktop view of the website
Suyu hosts their own repo
You’re right, while there are advantages to hosting a pds, it doesn’t seem you can run a fully fledged instance at this time
