  • Why does the blame go for Harris for not convincing people when it was clear to anyone paying attention that Trump was going to be worse?

This sounds like how people talk after being obviously wrong and not being able to accept being wrong.

If there are two paths and once says “Doom” and the other says nothing, only a fool picks the marked path. Only a fool who cannot accept responsibility blames the unmarked path for not being clearly marked “NOT Doom”

When one person says they are going to do bad shit, it’s not on the other side to convince you they wont also do bad shit. The person assuming the one not talking who to doing bad shit will do it away because reasons is the problem. There is no one to blame but themselves. They will be a tool until they seize their agency and make an informed decision.

    Stop being a tool.

  • I think that’s a different discussion.m. We can make excuses all day for how people end up with extreme views. It doesn’t change anything. The reason it occurs is part of human nature, a weakness that one has to choose to overcome on a daily basis or not. Choosing wrong too often and there might be no way back.

I find this most evident in people who suddenly shift right when they end up in some sex scandal, they move towards the group that is most forgiving of such events and lose themselves in the shift. Russel Brand and Musk are two examples.

Knowledge seeking for the sake of knowledge seeking is something totally different. It requires accepting one knows nothing and despite all the knowledge gather now knows less. It requires a humility that can be uncomfortable.

Few end up adding significant new knowledge. Those who do maintain a humbleness as the recognize the efforts who came before them.

Those who pretend become exploiters, it takes little effort to reveal their search was only ever for loopholes. Those people are another form of extremist.

    Currently, mainly just cooking.

In the future, I’m hoping to leverage it to create video content. I’ve actually been disappointed in its usefulness for writing sci-fi, it tends to want to argue. But based on the surreal images that it can created I am hoping that can be translated into creating 3D scenes that can be used to extract video.

  • I assume you’re talking about Rick Prime. They opened up a story arc and they closed it. They didn’t drag it out into a whole season like other shows would have done. It was a single episode and then moved on.

I enjoyed the juxtaposition to Rick Potion #9 when they show them switching universes and Morty is lost. And then they don’t dwell on that for rick, he just moves forward because it’s just another fucked up adventure in a long series of adventures.

I think the way it was handled frees the show from being bogged down by all the various pieces of that story arc while also giving back story on how he became the Rickest Rick.

    But also…

To Be Fair, You Have To Have a Very High IQ to Understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head…

  • Why is android superior then iOS, why, and how is it safer then iOS

It isn’t superior or safer. Whatever you did to your phone to install spyware will not project you any bette by using android.

I’m not even sure what you could have installed that would break out of the app sandbox. It’s likely to I have some device management profile installed, but even that seems unlikely. It’s also possible your phone compromised but that’s typically requires a state level attack.

I’m actually leaning towards drug use or carbon monoxide poisoning. Yeah, it is that weird and you sound that paranoid.
