However… if he gets any prison time, you DM me and I’ll Venmo you $200, which I request you spend on a nice drink, and we will toast in honor of my being wrong. I’m seriously good for it.
I’m too jaded at this point. I’ve come to accept the orange man will never actually be punished.
If B=A, why would you ever think A=B?! Learn your logic, man! That’s on you.
Really though, the structure for the program is just so aggravating. I’m a Pardot man myself. (Sorry. “Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.”) Every time I try to get a client to go with it, the AE’s jump in and desperately try to throw in Mobile Studio and everything else Marketing Cloud. I always go back to the client behind the scenes and warn them that if they go that route, I won’t set it up. It’s not worth the pain.
Have read this yet, but I’ll absolutely give a +1 for the “fuck marketing cloud” sentiment. It’s like Salesforce bought it, then gave up on it.
DriftingDeep@lemmy.worldto Technology@lemmy.world•Trinity nuclear test’s fallout reached 46 states, Canada and Mexico, study findsEnglish7·2 years agoThat sucks man. There’s something especially upsetting knowing how and why a loved one died, and that there was nothing that could’ve been done differently.
My Grandpa died of thyroid cancer from these tests. He lived in south-central Utah and remembers feeling tremors from testing on his wedding day.
No worries brosef. You’re early-adopting yet again. Give it time, and you’ll be one of the legacy guys once again.

But I’m also a 10-year Reddit user, so I know what you mean. There’s a world of difference between old and modern Reddit. There was an actual “culture” that we were all a part of. I’d prefer a return to the “front page of internet culture” rather than keeping it alive as the “front page of popular media” it became.

I imagine there were 2 primary reasons, one financial, one personal:
Number of heavy users (including a lot of mods) would’ve forced Christian to implement an open-ended cost model based on individual usage, or raise rates across the board to compensate, making it ultimately cost-prohibitive for the average user, and/or
Not wanting to communicate (by folding) such a change was okay. To move to a blanket cost model is to basically admit that you’re okay with and accept the changes.
Some might say it was pure stubbornness and greed, or conclude his decision was a bad one. That’s its own topic for debate I guess.
