Go directly to $p0rt $urge d0t n3t. It’s a curated list of free streams like crack streams, stream east, etc. I’ve been using it since following MMA on reddit 10 years ago. It has everything.
Threads default settings are like an open fire hose of rage bait and negativity spraying directly into your face. It’s pretty wild without some manual feed pruning.
Right. It seemed like a reach when I first heard of it, but that’s how it’s advertised and the Hospital was sold on at least trying it out.
I work in a clinical setting where some Doctors are trying an AI program for generating their clinical notes out of the casual conversation between them and the patient. It’s way off its mark for what we demand in quality. It requires significant editing from the healthcare provider, and if the note is very robust it quickly becomes more of a chore than modern voice transcription. Our review is not great so far.
I’m fairly behind in Stable Diffusion, but I know the “recent” SDXL update is much better with text generation than old SD1.5. I’ve upgraded my local install to SDXL but haven’t put in the time learning the new workflows. A lot of users seem to have left AUTO1111 behind for COMFYUI.
Harrlogos XL is a popular text generation LoRA for SDXL.
Thanks, Uncle Facebook.

Yes. The constant logouts were bad - a little on desktop but constantly on mobile, and needing to refresh/login spam 4x to get in sometimes. After awhile growth and activity also looked to be stalling out. I realized a bunch more communities I was missing out on were from Lemmy and I needed to make an account to fully interact.
When I found old.lemmy.world it was game over. I don’t think I’ll go back to my kbin account much anymore.
Every time I see his videos I can’t stop thinking about how comfortable that fucking recliner looks. It’s comically large, and I bet it feels like sitting on a cloud.
