9·1 year agoWe use driver licenses as a de facto substitute. The Real ID Act effectively makes it a de jure substitute too.
Americans aren’t required to have one, but the US is very car-dependent, so most people do. You can also get an ID card that does not serve as a driver license from your state if you want to.

It was like this before the API fiasco.
All 3 are U+FFFC when I copy what I can’t see from view source. Maybe an issue with a third-party app caused it…?
