I don’t set an alarm because sometimes I do need that full rest cycle and I don’t know how long it’ll take me to fall asleep. So either 30 minutes or an hour and a half is usually how it goes. Occasionally the dreaded 5 to 10pm nap will rear it’s ugly head, but only if I’m actually exhausted.
