Did they find any TP?
Did they find any TP?
I don’t believe she could have without a massive public backlash (and it more likely an investigation would have been from Biden to do that at this point). It’s ridiculous as we have such a double standard, but one side has been dangerously volatile. Regardless, we’re entering some strange( r ) and potentially (more) dangerous times.
It’s not. I’ve seen its ads on billboards along the highway. They call themselves “Truth social for liberals” or some shit like that. I won’t touch it with a ten-foot pole—regardless of my political leanings.
Me, too. It’s very odd Trump got the popular vote. I live in a very red county and saw very few Trump signs this time around compared to 2016 and 2020. I didn’t mean to be paying much attention to Musk, but as I’ve been researching AI I’ve seen enough of his whereabouts prior to his new team-up with Trump to be incredibly disturbed. I think he wants to become a god.
It’s “reality television” on a discussion forum to karma farm and help push other kinds of misinformation.
Gotta love those dopamine fixes, huh?
That really sucks, but it doesn’t surprise me either. The events in the UK and New Jersey started as a curiosity, but it seems hysteria and a misinformation campaign is running to disrupt information and possibly cause dissonance/distraction within the government. When I saw that Trump posts about it were being super-upvoted, I stopped following the subject in general. After I got banned in “News” for agreeing with an article quoting Feds claiming most of this is folks IDing planes and hobby drones, I’ve been considering taking a Reddit hiatus as one of my New Year’s resolutions. It’s been becoming toxic for a few years now. I stopped actively moderating myself after one of the folks I banned started trying to dox me, and Reddit did nothing about it.
I’m thinking of pulling the plug on Reddit (at least for a while). My tipping point has become how the “drone” story is becoming popular. At first it was intriguing and mysterious (the airport shutdowns and reports of large vehicles at low levels was fascinating), but I’m getting the vibe it’s a misinformation campaign to distract the US from how we are about to be changed.
I was actually permabanned in the “News” sub for an innocuous comment. All it was is that I noted the federal authorities are likely correct for saying most of the reports of “UFOs” are likely airplanes and manmade drones, and to play devil’s advocate I mentioned there were likely legitimate reports of UAPs, but since the majority were probably mistaken planes the Federal agencies’ reactions were technically truthful.
They’re safety washing. If AI has this much potential to be that dangerous, it never ever should have been released. There’s so much in-industry arguing, it’s concerning.
Bahahaha—oh, dear lord. And it’s about to become even more interesting. Don’t ask me how I know. XD
