KDE has it built in to default key binding of Ctrl + Meta + Esc helpful when in Wayland as xkill only works on X and xwayland apps.

16·2 年前Likely glaciation, the bottom rock was likely on the bottom of an ice sheet and millions of tons of ice moving over it over time had smoothed it out.
The top rock is probably from many miles away and was carried and placed there from the receding glacier. To me the top rock looks like it is a completely different type of stone then the bottom.

You could write a simple bash script to get memory and compare it to your desired memory usage then clear memory when desired usage has been exceeded. Then set your script as a cronjob.
Or you can just setup a cronjob to clear memory at a set interval in a cronjob described in the link.

1·2 年前It’s a remnant of when they had text size constraints in print media. Sot sure if there is a style guide so to speak but I think they used to concatenate sentences as small as possible while still conveying the authors intended meaning.
4·2 年前I always thought Soul Reaver played so much better on the Dreamcast then it did on the PlayStation. Great game.
Strangely Gex played better on the 3DO than on the PlayStation as well.

6·2 年前There is also privacy.sexy. they have a bunch of scripts to do just about everything you want to increase windows privacy. They have a GUI that will help you customize the scripts and you can roll back if you want.
That’s good to know that its pretty widespread and not just a local practice in one area.

Just seems like the right way to go about it. I like how the kids safety and reunification is being aided by the crowd.
I remember reading something many years ago about a way for parents and their children to be reunited when separated in a crowd.
When the kid asks for help the adult would hoist the kid on their shoulders and start singing a song or something to that effect. Other adults would join in to help in the singing which would help put a spotlight on what’s going on and would continue this till the kid and parent would be reunited.
If I remember correctly it was somewhere in the Islamic world that this was practiced. I remember thinking that this was a great way to get family’s back together.
4·2 年前You can get POE(power over ethernet) cameras that dont require a separate power source. Closed circuit cameras are the only way to go.
