Are you meeting people 15 years ago?? We’ve known everything mark zuckerberg touches is trying to kill you for money for a long time.
What brand? I can see all the letters but none of them mean anything to me.
Regardless, congrats! Good call.
This is what forced me onto Linux for the first time, and permanently.
It’s partly great, mostly fine, and 10% of the time god damn fucking annoying. Mostly having to learn the fucking game of thrones factions of installing things.
But I don’t feel like there’s a piece of shit company in my computer trying to completely ruin it, so it’s a win. The positives outweigh the negatives, even as someone who wasn’t really into the idea of switching.
But even if it was half as good, it would still be an improvement, given Microsoft destroying itself.
Seems like a lack of loyalty. Needs to support him even harder, and offer up his children to be taken away, too. And then brag about it. Why change course now?
Nothing he things about anything counts.
Can’t win! Do the wrong thing, people get mad. Do the right thing, people get mad.
How am I supposed to decide what to do??
Nationalize Amazon.
It’s not a win for the polluters. They’re polluting their own water.
“Public” means everybody, it’s not the other team that goes with “private”. It’s everybody.
You expect me to believe trump can throw a punch?
Excellent news.

…so, never put things in the terminal?
We need maps of what helps, and how much.
No more saying stuff doesn’t work and misses the point. Only pointing to where it is on the map. Better for organizing.
Alternate Player for Twitch on firefox makes the stream load for a few seconds and makes it a little pixelated for a few seconds, but I’ve never seen an ad on it, and the feed is nearly continuous.
Twitch adblocking could use a few more solutions, though.
What is this, 2010?
Aw baby gets his feelings hurt preemptively because his bitch quota can’t grow fast enough with real slights.
The USA is hardly united. Might not have as much strength as it things for external affairs, since it’s too busy shooting itself in the foot.
+1 for Linux Mint, switched from windows 10 recently.
Terminal is annoying but not needed as much as I feared, and usually it’s copy + paste anyway (ctrl + shift + v to paste in terminal). A lot of stuff is easier on Linux, like updating, and (sometimes) installing things. Also, it’s a feeling that your computer will stay the same or get better, not get worse.
Also:
In Steam, you use Proton when your install button is grey, by tapping the gear icon on the right, selecting Properties, Compatibility, checking the box that says “force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool”, and choosing the first thing from the drop-down menu. So far everything I’ve done this with has worked immediately after.
