But this way your buddy in QA can build extra test cases and pay you back when he wins an award for most test cases created or some other corporate nonsense.

I did his “optimized” shading trick for a game my friends and I built for a coding project in school.
Because the project was due in three hours and we realized that we didn’t have any menus. So it was a matter of getting anything functional as menus(stage selection, button mapping, main menu.)
So the game itself capped at 60fps on the potato school computers, but the static menus only got 20fps.

Yes and no.
MS did it to simplify their tech stack and maintained three separate full versions
• Phone
• Tablet+PC
• Server
Instead of
• Phone
• Tablet
• PC
• Server
There was speculation that they were moving towards a unified phone+tablet+PC OS
Instead it looks like we are getting • Tablet • Xbox Handheld • Xbox • PC As a single OS.
Whereas Google is doing it likely for shady reasons. Potentially to avoid a government mandated breakup by claiming that all of their devices run one OS.

Is the deputy PO. She is recently promoted and doesn’t understand the concept of agile development. It is frustrating but she is working on that fault.

Its better than Demo driven development.
Where you spend a sprint building things out and working closely with the client, only for them to say that its all wrong and it needs to be this way during the demo.

They don’t think. They use statistical models on massive data sets to achieve the statistically average result from the data set.
In order to have increased creativity, you need to increase the likelihood of it randomly inserting things outside that result: hallucinations.
You cannot have a creative “AI” without them with the current fundamental design.

Does Scotland have that many dangerous spiders even?

And an editor that does a decent job is not google docs.
It is embarassing that MS has dominated this for more than 30 years and Google, despite its infinite wealth, hasn’t made a decent office app.

Except for Germany, which did come out with explicit support.
And the UK, which King Charles has made plenty clear they have Canada’s back.
And France, which has a nuclear attack sub currently parked in Halifax.
And of the top of my head, South Korea, Japan, Philippines have all moved to distance from the US and embrace Canada.
Yup, Canada is completely alone. Fuck you, US propaganda.

The North Carolina plant was set up in 2021. Also this came across my Reddit RSS feed two days ago and there were comments in the post from workers.

This is a false narrative.
They were already planning to do that regardless of the election of the orange dumpster fire.

It is deeper than supply chains, and unlikely to get under control. It is the core management philosophy that is at fault.
The reason they are asking Denmark is that Canada, and likely Mexico, wanted a deal on it, Trump wants it for free.
The problem is farm size. In Canada, egg farms will be in the range of 30k-100k birds. In the US, the farms are in the millions of birds. Canada does not have the issue the US has because smaller farms are more localized and have stricter regulations.

How can you keep it?
We do American better than they do. No american shithole would be safe.

If it comes down to it, the question becomes how much fuel and goods do they have in their supply chain.
Canada is: 60% of their crude oil and most of their refineries are built to only handle it, the only alternative is Venezuela, and they can’t supply the same amount. 90% of their Potash, no other country can supply the same amount. Required for modern farming. 60% of their Aluminium, no other country can meet the supply. They also lack the smelters to produce it, even if the ore can be sourced. 100% of their peat. Required for modern farming. 90% of their Vanadium. Critical to a stupid amount of industrial processes.
This is on top of the hundreds of billions Canadians spend on US goods and services each year.
If they try anything stupid, their entire system will dry up.

Oh sure, but he illegally rammed three pipelines through to the BC coast to give oil and LNG to China, which doesn’t want it.
Meanwhile he ignored the potential of a pipeline to the Maritimes, which could then ship oil and LNG to Europe. That would have revitalized the Maritimes and provided a much needed competitor to Russia.

Example: how a region in China hid the presence of Covid 19 for months because they knew what would happen if they revealed it.
