  • There ya go. I don’t want to be opted in to sending ANYTHING to Mozilla, especially advertisement effectiveness detail. I’m certain that’s going to include non-anonymized data or it’s mostly useless, I can’t see what’s being sent, but it may not be secured. I get it, I’m not the majority, with ublock and a pi-hole there’s not much to even go on before I made the config change. I guess it’s about time to move away from core firefox branch… but that comes with it’s own concerns.

Don’t bother with the console. I got started there and got hooked before I realized that they were going to kill it off. No updates, none of the “where to find it” database stuff works becuase of the split and generally almost no people now.

Just get it on Steam for PC if you are inclined to play. It’s a fun game. I stopped about a year and a half ago (just looked the other day whilst perusing Steam Sale) for many reasons, but I’m sure I’ll be back to visit some day!

  • My loathe for conspiracy theorists-flat earthers especially-kind of makes me want to watch this.

That’s quite literally what they are hoping. This is rage-bait sensationalistic reality TV. Don’t fucking give it the time of day and stop sharing for fake internet points… let it die as it should.

Edit: Also downvoted the article because I’m using the same logic… it’s not personal - I just am so tired of seeing posts that are effectively free advertisement for things I despise and don’t want to encourage it.

Truly, email is (thankfully) mostly unspoiled as a protocol since it’s beginning. Other than minor improvements and additions like HTML and spam filters and the like, anyone can host an email service and interface with anyone else on the Internet with the same protocol.
