Shirley it’s redundant when they have the blind US Justice system™ to hold all accountable equally
You can’t triple stamp a double stamp, you can’t triple stamp a double stamp!
Screw indeed
Medically necessary mandatory with those psychos. If you don’t get to control whether or not to have a child, imagine what else women will not get to choose. 18 men register for selective service, and women will select which “service” they can do for their country, Botox, perma-spraytan, or augmentation. Patriot Points will be determined for those who refuse, holding camps and deportation await. A glorious future.
Narrator: No one ever asked for it or is using it already.
Playing it as a bounce pass, with the ball moving up when received allows some of the inertial energy that is bouncing up rather than just laterally to be used by the receiving player to take it up for the layup or dunk rather than have to corral that portion of the lateral energy in and still finish. Basically it’s the best way to move the ball as quickly to get it to that spot before defender notices and potentially intercepts it. Being a bounce pass also lowers the chance of control being lost as the lateral force is too great to handle quickly while also recipient is at speed.
Complex reasons why it was the perfect pass; doncic didn’t think about it, at this level it’s just intuitive that a chest pass is less ideal for a recipient on this cut. You see le ron make chest passes like this while misdirecting his eyes but those are often when the recipient is already on the block or more open.
How players pass in sports is often one of the best indicators of their skill: it can show not only awareness of the passer but when it’s perfect for the recipient it shows complete empathy and understanding of the recipient’s situation and takes it into account. E.g. in soccer, when an offensive player checks back/shows for the ball they often have their back to a defender coming at them; the passer however can often see the coming defender, and if there is a high level of trust and competency between passer and recipient, the passer will tell the recipient which way to turn their body when they receive the pass to avoid the defender’s tackle–simply by which foot/side of the body of the recipient the passer puts the ball on. There is not time for much verbal exchange and is all on trustz timing and feel, the advantage gained can be enormous for the attacking team and can lead to easily spinning around a defender for the pass recipient when executed–or a trip to the hospital if you’re an amateur. Passing matters.
Anything from Machinariun. One of my favorite games ever; art style, problem solving, homage to video games, but the music ties it all together in such a beautiful way. One of the outside problems involves helping a group of musicians get their stolen instruments back who then play a different rhythm and melody for you when you pass through.
Realistically? Probably influenza or a pox after vaccines are outlawed or priced out of reach for enough of the species.
I would encourage you to learn more before sharing; there may be treatment options, you might have a cancer that is very treatable, unknown or untreatable. Likelihoods and timelines are the most important thing that your family will want to know; sharing “stage 2 cancer type x and this is a general treatment plan and timeline” is a very different conversation from “I have cancer, don’t know what type, the timeline or likelihoods of outcomes”.
It may be different for you and your family but that can really help your family receive, process the news and support you how you need.
Corporate media will be ever more obsequious to get access. Military presence for “safety” in certain cities labeled “dangerous” which all happen to be progressive. Then the self-censorship starts. Then people stop being able speak freely, let alone thinking a rule of law exists. Then it’s “underground” to have an honest conversation about politics. We’ll be in Putin’s Russia level of legal system and political speech within a few years.
about to destroy the lives of Americans for narcisstic greed and irrational hatred
I wouldn’t say that’s true. He’s going to start with that and cement in and spread this globally because of how economically and militarily influential the US is. He will align with crooks, profiteers, and other madmen and grifters, and others aspiring to power will seek to emulate the path. He will guarantee the climate change is not only ignored but buried while it’s effects and consequences exponentially increase in quantity, severity and irreversibility.
Honestly, this will be the reference point for a century or much more of worsening QOL for those who live in democratic republics. Empires of US influence are large ships to turn either way, and Trump’s recoronation shows the rot was deep and permanent. In historic scale US democracy was unprecedented though still short.
Hats off to those in other nations, hope someone can pick up the torch the statue of Liberty dropped.
Making friends mostly at work anywhere causes issues of selection bias, but it doesn’t matter if it’s work, school, church, your local pub, whatever. Balance in most things, as usual.
Trump may beat everyone to it. Bash on immigrants as he loves to since it brings out poor white folks, many of his financial backers are industries like service (hotels, restaurants, Ag) who are already understaffed because they’ve made the jobs so awful only truly desperate or illegal workers will stand them. He will seriously trigger “a day without immigrants” meanwhile upending prices through tariffs that will screw most Americans who are already living in debt and skipping basics. Unfortunately for America, there will not be another election if he wins this week.
The only consolation is that he probably can’t get the (mostly lovely) sounds out of his head either.
it’s now a beautiful and welcoming space for the community
Including the ones you can’t see!
For my child to participate in elementary school, and not be left out of comouter-based learning, I have to approve of her using a chromebook which is doing exactly what I’m sure we can all imagine with future marketable data sources: building profiles.
“…and when they were 7 they liked…” “Try the color red, they used to prefer than, might be a good nostalgic pitch…”
Oh UI improvement from Google? Yeah they’ll get right on that.
The government has been conditioned to give away control so much due to decades of corporate conditioning, spectacular they make a jump probably for social reasons without understanding the technological and economic underlying drivers. I’m sure a $500/HR big 4 consultant will provide them a slide on it in 20 years.
