Other than pysch/ pnp like suggested have you thought about a therapist that specializes in adhd? I hear (still struggling to find one myself) that those who specialize in it can help a lot. Maybe see if there is an adult ADHD support group in your area?

I may do this. We were also thinking of getting a professional in to do it for the first time since we don’t want our dog to think peeing inside is okay though she is house trained. But a rug doctor sounds far more affordable.

We did get an inspection. I can’t rave about our inspector enough he explained in detail which was helpful but a tad overwhelming.
