There was definitely a time when python3 was not recommended and plenty of scripts weren’t yet differentiating between the two. Everything was breaking back then.

To add some more realism to these numbers:

• Age is not evenly distributed at all.
• A variety of your other factors likely have significant overlap with each other.
• 1% mutual interest after already matching on many crucial factors is also exceptionally pessimistic estimating.

Since there are already buildings there and between zoning, tearing down existing buildings, building height limitations, parking minimums, moving tenants out, and possibly no net gain in units after new buildings are constructed what is accomplished?
