Decentralisation take different forms and they seems to only accept 3 established cryptocurrency, I don’t think this set a bad example.

I use proton, but I think the calendar is a paid option. Tuta seems to include the calendar in their free tier Side note, I used to selfhost my mails, but over time this became a pain and I would not recommend anymore

For storage, I was already self hosting Nextcloud, so I mainly needed to switch my mail provider ! Self hosting mail servers is too much of a hassle

Switched to proton, cancelled o365 subscription.
