Sage was sentenced to two to four years in state prison in 2022 for 4th degree grand larceny and 1st degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor. He got out in 2024.

They’re definitely people who would groom kids, but I assume they’re definitely mentally… uh… delayed, due to probably lots of factors, the least of not which is the American prison system. But I’m definitely not excusing any of these horrid fucks, don’t take that as the takeaway from my comment. My point is rather that the mishmash ages make sense because it’s a group of people who never really grew up in any sense of the word, so your idea of a “normal” 30+ year old prolly doesn’t apply here.
