How do people make these? I’m learning gimp.
Unless you’re really artistic and skilled the first thing you’d do is find the right font, or sometimes one that’s close enough to pass for it. After placing the text (in a separate layer) you’d match the colors/background mostly using the same methods you used to remove the original text.
I don’t get it
It’s a dig at the US Republican party’s push to control women’s reproductive rights, being against abortion, against sex education, and I think against birth control too? Not sure, not a USian.
