As someone who is heavily against corporate (still doubtful of state-level) mass surveillance, and someone who likes FLOSS and general online privacy (again, mainly towards corporations that sell my data), i found myself thinking about how it would really be like under socialism. I might be off with the accuracy, but the PRC and DPRK are pretty heavy on surveillance and censorship, or at least that is what we are told, and although i find myself agreeing with socialism, i have mixed feelings about this specific part, and finding info on the internet is pretty hard, or at least unbiased info is. Can some kind comrade inform me on the topic? Excuse the ignorance
