Some of the firefighters evacuated on foot because it was so hot the fire truck started to melt while they were in it — it parts of it had melted when they came back to check the truck after the fire, there were puddles of metal on the road. There’s also footage from a go pro someone setup at their home before leaving, which shows even worse conditions.
