Technically this is more US news than world news, but it’s World News enough, and has enough up and down votes that I’ll allow it.

    Rule of thumb:

Event happening somewhere in the world outside the US? - World News.

Article about how Americans feel about an event happening in the world outside the US? - Not world news. Maybe news, maybe politics, would depend on the context.

But Americans reacting to a world event doesn’t make it world news.

It doesn’t matter where the poster is from, it’s where the story originates.

A bunch of people going to Washington D.C. because they’re upset belongs in News, not World News.

If you’re at all confused, read the rules in the sidebar.

So wait… lemme get this straight; the USA isn’t in the world?

The US is OUTSIDE or SEPARATE from the world.

      Ok. Got it.
