I’ve seen this photo so many times before RiS
It says “Not OC” under the photo in the linked post (which Voyager for iOS had to open in browser for some reason).
The contest should make clear it’s open to folks sharing images they found. I wouldn’t be thrilled to see someone congratulated for “their” photo if this part wasn’t clear.
ETA: Something like “Picture Fan Submission of the Year”… needs some workshopping though.
Yeah this was not at all clear in the title and weird that a public domain photo from 11 years ago can win a 2023 pic of the year 🤷♂️ Anyway, nice Pic.

This is new information for me. I was under the impression from the beginning this was OC.
If you shoot an arrow through it cleanly some greek lady has to marry you and never bring up her trauma of her husband lost at sea in war.
