I’m a Linux user.
Custom Roms I love how I can load custom ROMs on devices. I tried to talk my friends and co-workers into it but they seem really disinterested. I even took one of my older phones and showed it to them in person. They weren’t really fascinated by the fact, that I got something different than Android or iOS on my phone. The only thing they liked was, how the lockscreen in Ubuntu Touch looked.
The factory must grow…
None, I sleep on my elbow.
My lovley Logitech gamer headset from like 2014 started to loose volume overtime on the right ear. So I just manually adjusted the volume of the right ear to about 60% while the other one had 39%. Over the years that gap grew bigger and bigger. I still use them but they sit at a configuration which now changes every week or so. The right ear sits now a 132% and the left on 39%.
I think it was when my friend showed me how to ping google.com in the Ubuntu Terminal. My first ever OS was Ubuntu but I didn’t used the magical Internet very Mich back then.
I just recently read something about, that apple needs to use RCS by the end of 2023.
Threema > anything owned by giant corporations
Apart fron all the others, number 7 seems kinda useful.
I do not trust any company, even if it is “privacy-friendly” or “anonymous”. There is no way to proofe this, sure I could view the code but there might just be a slight possibility that the company is saving and stealing your data.Self-Hostinmg is for me the way to go.
When someone says “thanks”
Fully agree!
Shapez.io: It’s like factorio, but it is also really minimal. It is my favorite game because I can be proud of myself when I build a factory that gives me around 13 FPS. Some say it isn’t playable at such low FPS, but I still enjoy it, even if it is a slide show.
Its very cool and I love the minimalism. I love, that I have so many choices. I can choose what OS I want, I can choose which Watchface I wanna flash and so on.
Are VPNs in the UK getting banned? If e2ee is getting banned for “online safety,” many apps are at risk, but doesn’t that mean that you could just install the apps via a VPN?
GNU/Linux and the PineTime
Biomutant.
Your Home screen looks awesome! I use Kvaesitso for a long time now, the only thing that bugs me, is that you can’t customize the clock very much. Well you can adjust the style but I would like adjust the color of the numbers. It would also be nice, if you could apply the launcher to edit the lock screen and add widgets too.
